Chapel Arches

The historic Chapel Arches area of Maidenhead is a popular part of the town. Shanly Homes is developing the area as part of the regeneration of Maidenhead, This will complement the Maidenhead Waterways Regeneration Scheme that will restore and improve the waterways channels and bring more life into this quarter.

Phase 1, The Picturehouse consists of 40, one, two and three bedroom apartments and 30,000sq ft of ground floor commercial space (restaurant). Due for completion autumn 2016.

Phase 2, Chapel Wharf consists of 37 one and two new build and conversion apartments plus 2,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space (A3 restaurant/ café to complement the existing ground floor commercial retail units in the development).

Phase 3, Waterside Plaza consists of 162 one, two and three bedroom apartments and 30,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space (a mix of medium size retail units to include some A3 restaurant/ café units)

The scheme will also include a public amphitheatre and views across the regenerated town centre waterways.
