The Landing was granted Outline Planning Permission by RBWM on 12th October 2015 and will provide the following:

Up to 368,000 sq ft of offices, designed for a global company headquarters and other occupiers

Up to 50,200 sq ft of retail, restaurants, cafés and bars, in units of varying sizes to complement the existing town centre offer

Up to 225 new, elegant residential apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms with 153 parking spaces at basement level.
