With convenient and speedy links  by road and rail to London Windsor and Eton work as a great opportunity area for businesses as their primary UK or European location. Many centrally located office accommodation properties in the towns offer excellent working environments and immediate access to quality shopping and leisure facilities.

With 300 amazing shops, two of the UK’s top ten attractions, six hotels, a racecourse and theatre and leisure provision to rival towns twice its size, Windsor has been a first choice for many international companies for years.

However, the council is determined to make the town ‘experience’ better for residents, visitors and shoppers, with a new programme of public realm improvements.

Recently work has taken place to improve the appearance of lower Peascod Street which has been pedestrianised. A number of recent junction and road improvements have taken place with more in the pipeline. There have also been lighting and seating upgrades in the Guildhall, which is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment, and recently a new fire station was opened to serve the town.
